Rules of Membership for the The Erotic Art Top 100 Websites!
This list does not accept photography, model and photographic manipulation sites. This list is for visual art (drawing, painting etc.) as defined by the terms of membership below. |

The follwing are the most common reasons why site accounts are promptly deleted: **Sites which employ blind or misleading links **If a pop-up window is used with our gateway in it **If we cannot find our link on your site VERY easily **Tour pages with no free content. **If you do not have at least 4 LARGE and clear, full size samples from your content freely posted. **If your site is unrelated in theme or topic from that of this list. **Sites depicting or linking to bestiality, kids, extreme violence, snuf, blood and/or rape. **Sites with little or no artistic merit. **Sites which are not complimentary to the collective. ** or for any of the reasons outlined below. |

Your site must be an Erotic visual art site ie: Classical, commercial or expressionistic illustration, fine art painting and drawing, cartoons, hentai/anime, digital art or combinations of each or relating to any such catagory. You may be one of the following catagories: Artists, Collectives, Exhibitors, Galleries, Reference, Resource sites, or Art Appreciators/Collectors/Enthusiasts. The ranking order on this list is based upon the hits back from your site. For a better understanding or if you need help of the inner workings of The Erotic Art Top 100 we encourage all our members to read our 'Frequently Asked Questions' document. The terms for membership which are specifically designed for the protection of Artist's rights and their security: 1/. No webpage will be considered that has no free visible erotic art samples/content. 2/. If your webpage is AVS protected or has otherwise restrictive entery requirements implemented then there must be a free public display of Erotic Artwork samples visible, at least 4 large, focused and clear pics that give a good indication of artist's work. 3a/. Sites that include modified art, meaning, digitally or otherwise changing or manipulating another artist's work, copying art from other artists or creating forgeries will not be considered for membership, and any site that is found in violation will be subject to immediate removal. 3b/. We will not accept into our membership sites whose major content/hype or attraction consists of wallpapers and/or screensavers. 4/. As a general rule towards photography sites, while acknowledging their own unique artistic characteristics, they will not be considered into this Erotic Art Top 100 list. There are other, more applicable Top 100's available to them like The Erotic Photography & Art Top 100 and The Top 100 Erotic Art Sites. 4b./ As this Top 100 is for Visual Art sites only (drawing, painting etc.), digital photographic manipulation sites will not be considered. 4c/. Regarding 3D digital art sites (Poser sites): The Erotic Art Top 100 Websites cannot accept the membership application of sites in which useage of outside elements of the imagery exceed 25% of the image itself. That 25% figure, and the decision as to what constitutes that percentage, is to be determined solely by the Erotic Art Top 100 management. 5a/. This Erotic Art Top 100 does not believe in censorship of creative visual expression. However, certain subjects including the exploitation of minors and animals and excessive violence/blood are taboo in this Erotic Art Top 100 WebSites list. No Kids, No Rape. No Bestiality, No Snuf. No links to any such sites can be listed upon your site including your links pages. No 'Lolita' art section may appear on your site. 5b/. Your site must not be affiliated, associated or have links to any 'bestiality' sites. You mustn't be edorsing, profiting in any way or have any artwork displayed on any 'bestiality' sites. You must not have any links to any sites/indexes/lists which contain bestiality links. 6/. If art is offered for sale in any way or form, either digitally, in print, original art or in any other form, webmasters have to be in full legal possession of all rights according to international law. If there's any doubt to that regard, based upon our discretion, the site can not qualify for entry and/or can and will be removed. 7/. Collectors and appreciators of Erotic Art who display their collection on the internet, without permission of the artist(s) for whatever reasons, do actually infringe on international copyright laws, but we feel that the display of collections is benificiairy to the artist as long as proper creditation is added and if it's not for personal gain or profit. The artist's work must be sufficiently credited according to this Erotic Art Top 100's standards and discretion. 8/. Collectors and appreciators of Erotic Art cannot have membership or AVS in place, as they are not in full legal possession of the artworks they display, therfore may not finacially profit from the displayed artwork(s) in any way. 9/. Any site involved in the distribution of artworks without proper permission and creditation of the artist, in any way or form, will be not be considered for membership and/or be subject to removal. 10/. Those involved in the management of this Erotic Art Top 100 reserves the right to deny membership and/or remove any existing site that is found, in our opinions, to be in violation of the above stated rules and/or any other related international copyright laws. 11/. While erotic visual art resource and related links sites are welcome into this membership, we now do NOT allow other Top 100 Sites, nor WebRings onto this list. 12/. No cheating. This means no 'blind links', no scripts, no adding links to non-related images or graphics, no non 24 hour links etc. Violators will be removed immediately. 13/. We reserve the right to deny membership to any site who in our OPINION does not compliment our collective membership or appeal to our valued surfer's demographic. Sites with minimal or hidden samples, offensive, political or tasteless content, weak site design, over use of java script or pop-up/exit consoles, the over abundent display of advertising/porno banners will be denied membership to this Erotic Art Top 100 WebSites. 14/. Do NOT use all CAPITAL letters in your site name. Do not use icons or captial letters (uppercase type) in your description (otherwise it appears as though you're yelling), except if you'd like to emphasize a single word or two. Sites who violate this will have their titles and/or description edited. |
